Requirements to Apply for these NO FEES Apartments

Residence certificate (住民票) from city office

  • Must be issued within the last three months

  • Must include all information, such as nationality, residence card, expiration date, etc. etc.

  • 続柄入りの住民票が必要です。省略はダメです。

Tax certificate (課税証明書) from city office

  • Must be issued within the last three months

  • Most recent tax certificate is needed

Income certificate (所得証明書） from your employer

  • Original contract which states monthly or yearly salary and company name and address 

  • Must earn 3,000,000 yen yearly for individual

  • Must earn 3,960,000 yen yearly for family

Photo ID

  • Passport

  • Residence card

  • Driver's license, etc. etc.

Cash

  • Deposit + prorated daily rent and maintenance fee
